Privacy Policy

StrideTС ("we," "our," or "us") is a transaction coordination platform operated by Boxford Partners LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email address, brokerage name)
• Transaction data you enter (property addresses, party contact details, milestone dates)
• Email content when you use our Gmail or Outlook integration
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, error logs, and IP addresses for security purposes.

• To provide and operate the StrideTС service
• To send transaction-related communications on your behalf
• To notify you about deadlines, updates, and product changes
• To diagnose bugs and improve the product
• To process billing through Stripe

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the platform (Neon PostgreSQL, Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Postmark, Documenso)
• Parties you explicitly send emails to through the platform
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we access your inbox only to send emails on your behalf and to thread replies into the correct transaction. We do not read, store, or analyze emails unrelated to your transactions. You can revoke access at any time from your settings.

We retain your account and transaction data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, at which point it is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by Clerk authentication with role-based permissions. We conduct periodic security reviews.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing patrick@boxfordpartners.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR.
